BEFOREAFTER |
Chill James, Orlando Personal TrainerHaving once weighed 315 lbs, I understand the dedication required to transform and enhance ones quality of life. In the Summer of 1994, I made the best decision of my life and began the difficult journey to lose the weight and change my life. I achieved some success on my own. However, the permanent changes occurred when I hired a personal trainer. Through his expert counsel, I learned the truth about nutrition, resistance training, and efficient cardiovascular exercise to increase my metabolism, and burn fat effectively. This positive experience inspired me to become an Orlando Florida Based Certified Personal Trainer in 1996 so that I may inspire others to love life through health and fitness. When you hire me as your personal fitness trainer, I will guide, support, and encourage you through your journey to good health. |
