Physical Fitness magazine published an article titled: "Yoga 101 for Beginners" that gave 12 yoga positions that beginners can use to get started.
When you look through the positions, you may wonder if Yoga is for you as some of the poses still look difficult. This is where I come in.

In a yoga class, you are probably in a class with 20 other people.
