Well, sometimes that bad mood can even make you not want to exercise. However, it appears that exercise IS the answer to a bad mood. In an article titled "7 Mind Blowing-Benefits of Exercise", it seems to say that exercise primarily relieves tension which acts as a blocker agent for normal mood. In other words, exercise does two basic things: First, it removes the tension block. Secondly, it elevates your mood by signaling your brain to release agents such as Serotonin which act like an antidepressant.
So, what are we to learn about exercise and bad moods? Take a short walk to get out of your bad mood. Then, make life decisions after your mood improves.
