Yep. It's the January surge at membership gyms right now. A recent Wall Street Journal article outlined the frustration many active people have when "newbies" join a gym.

Basically, the article spoke about how frustrating it is to workout with people who don't show common courtesy in using exercise equipment and respecting others in general. My question is: "Why put up with the frustration?"
How does it get better for you when you "Chill?"
First, my studio is private. I only take on a limited amount of clients to make sure I can devote my resources to you. You receive personal instruction and guaranteed use of all the equipment. Many public membership gyms are only accessible at off-peak times.
Secondly, our exercise equipment is state of the art and CLEAN! A public membership gym is on an honor system to make sure the equipment is clean. Even so called "Gym Rats", (people that live at the gym), get so comfortable with their surroundings that they think they can just do what they want in THEIR gym. They drop weights, don't sanitize and wipe down equipment, and they stare at you!
Thirdly, personal instruction from me on how to get the most out of individual exercises and use of our studio equipment.
So, are you ready to stop the frustration? If so, it's time to Chill, with me!
