This is a fantastic fitness program as it builds in more accountability in reaching your personal fitness training goals, and there is a slightly reduced rate for each party. Although my attention is divided, you still enjoy the benefits of a customized program, tailor made with your individual fitness goals in mind.
Small Group Personal Fitness Training Program
Designed for the person who desires a cost effective personal fitness training program, this format packs in loads of fun and healthy competition! The pace is intensive so each member of the group can get the maximum out of each session. Groups are limited to 3 people and although not a necessity, works best if all members of the group are close to the same fitness level. Are The Kids Back in School?
